一、關於本網站
本網站由 ANFORA（安芙拉）經營，提供精選南歐食品與生活選品之資訊、預約登記及相關服務。
我們保留隨時修改、更新或停止網站內容、商品資訊及本服務條款之權利。修訂後之內容將公告於本網站，並自公告時生效。
二、商品資訊與價格
- 本網站商品圖片、文字說明及相關資訊僅供參考，實際商品以最終收到之實物為準。
- 商品價格均以新臺幣（NT$）標示。
- 預購商品之最終售價以 ANFORA 發送之確認通知內容為準。
- 部分商品採限量預購方式販售，數量有限，售完為止。
三、預約登記與訂單成立
- 提交預約登記表單並不代表交易成立。
- ANFORA 將依預購名額、商品供應情況及登記順序進行確認。
- 經 ANFORA 發送付款通知後，消費者須於指定期限內完成付款。
- 訂單於 ANFORA 確認收款後始正式成立。
- 如未於指定期限內完成付款，ANFORA 有權取消預約資格並釋出名額。
四、付款方式
目前本網站採銀行轉帳付款。
消費者完成預約資格確認後，ANFORA 將提供指定匯款帳戶資訊。匯款完成後，請依通知方式提供付款資訊，以利對帳作業。
五、出貨與配送
- 預購商品將於預購活動結束後統一安排採購及進口。
- 商品自西班牙原產地出貨，預計約二個月抵達台灣並安排配送。
- 實際到貨時間可能因國際物流、海關查驗、產地供貨安排、天候或其他不可抗力因素而有所調整。
- 若發生重大延遲，ANFORA 將主動通知消費者最新進度。
- 商品將以宅配方式配送至消費者指定之台灣本島地址。
六、智慧財產權
本網站所有文字、圖片、設計、商標、標誌及其他內容，均受相關智慧財產權法令保護。
未經 ANFORA 或權利人事前書面同意，不得以任何形式重製、散布、公開傳輸、修改或作其他商業用途。
藝術典藏系列瓶身插畫取材自 Norbert Schrödl 於 1873 年創作之《The Rescue of the Dog》，並經重新設計與當代視覺演繹。
七、責任限制
ANFORA 已盡合理努力確保網站資訊之正確性與完整性，但不保證所有資訊均無錯誤、遺漏或即時更新。

Welcome to the ANFORA (安芙拉) website (the “Site”). By browsing the Site, using its services or submitting a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. About this site
The Site is operated by ANFORA (安芙拉), providing information, reservations and related services for curated food and lifestyle goods from the south of Europe.
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue the site content, product information and these Terms at any time. Revised terms are posted on the Site and take effect upon posting.
2. Product information & pricing
- Product images, descriptions and related information are for reference only; the actual product as finally received prevails.
- Prices are shown in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$).
- The final price of a reservation item is as stated in the confirmation notice sent by ANFORA.
- Some items are sold by limited reservation — limited quantity, while stocks last.
3. Reservations & order formation
- Submitting a reservation form does not constitute a completed transaction.
- ANFORA confirms reservations according to available allocation, product supply and the order of registration.
- After ANFORA issues a payment notice, the customer must complete payment within the specified period.
- An order is formally concluded only after ANFORA confirms receipt of payment.
- If payment is not completed within the specified period, ANFORA may cancel the reservation and release the allocation.
4. Payment
The Site currently accepts payment by bank transfer.
Once your reservation is confirmed, ANFORA will provide the designated bank account details. After making the transfer, please provide your payment details as instructed to assist with reconciliation.
5. Shipping & delivery
- Reservation items are sourced and imported together after the reservation period closes.
- Goods ship from their origin in Spain and are expected to reach Taiwan for delivery in about two months.
- Actual arrival times may vary due to international logistics, customs inspection, origin supply arrangements, weather or other force majeure.
- In the event of significant delay, ANFORA will proactively notify the customer of the latest progress.
- Goods are delivered by courier to the customer’s designated address on the Taiwan main island.
6. Intellectual property
All text, images, design, trademarks, logos and other content on the Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part may be reproduced, distributed, publicly transmitted, modified or used for other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ANFORA or the rights holder.
The art-edition bottle illustration is adapted from “The Rescue of the Dog”, created by Norbert Schrödl in 1873, redesigned and reinterpreted in a contemporary visual style.
7. Limitation of liability
ANFORA makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the site information, but does not warrant that all information is free of error, omission or always up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, ANFORA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
These terms do not affect the rights you are entitled to under the law.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
The interpretation, application and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties agree to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
