ANFORA 部分商品採限量預購制（如藝術典藏系列），每一批商品皆於訂單確認後自西班牙原產地安排採購與進口，以產地直送的方式來到您的手中。
預購登記結束後統一出貨。從安達魯西亞的陽光橄欖園出發，穿越地中海與季節更迭，預計約 2 個月抵達台灣。實際到貨時間可能因國際物流、海關作業或產地出貨安排而有所調整，我們將於第一時間提供最新進度。
為確保每件商品都能以最佳狀態送達，所有訂單皆採宅配配送，並提供包裹追蹤資訊，讓您安心等待這份來自地中海的風味旅程。

限量預購之特別說明
- 提交預約登記表單不代表預購成立；實際資格與商品保留，以完成付款且收到 ANFORA 確認通知為準。
- 本系列採接單後進口，下單後恕無法任意取消，敬請於登記前確認可接受等待期間。
- 付款方式為銀行轉帳，確認資格後將另行提供匯款資訊。
退換貨
依《消費者保護法》，通訊交易之消費者就本商品享有自收受商品後 七日內之猶豫期間（非試用期）。惟本商品屬食品類，依「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」，已拆封之食品基於衛生與保存考量，可能不適用七日猶豫期之解除權，敬請理解。
未拆封且包裝完整之商品，得於猶豫期內與我們聯繫辦理退貨；退回商品須保持原狀，相關運費依法規與個案處理。
瑕疵或運送破損
商品如因運送造成重大瑕疵或破損，請於收貨後儘速（建議三日內）與我們聯繫，並保留商品與外包裝拍照存證，我們將協助換貨或退款等後續處理。

Shipping methods & timing
Some ANFORA products are sold by limited reservation (e.g. the art-edition series). Each batch is sourced and imported from its origin in Spain only after the order is confirmed, reaching you directly from source.
Orders are dispatched together once the reservation period closes. Setting out from the sunlit olive groves of Andalusia, across the Mediterranean and the turning seasons, they are expected to reach Taiwan in about 2 months. Actual timing may vary with international logistics, customs or origin dispatch — and we will share the latest progress as soon as we can.
To ensure every piece arrives in the best possible condition, all orders are sent by courier with parcel tracking provided, so you can await this journey of Mediterranean flavour with peace of mind.

Enjoy free courier shipping within Taiwan’s main island on orders of 2 bottles or more.
Reservation items — please note
- Submitting the registration form does not confirm an order; your place is secured only once payment is completed and ANFORA confirms it.
- These are imported to order and cannot be freely cancelled once placed; please confirm you accept the wait before registering.
- Payment is by bank transfer; details are provided after your place is confirmed.
Returns & exchanges
Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, distance-sale customers have a seven-day cooling-off period (not a trial period) from receipt. However, as a food product, an opened item may be excluded from this right for hygiene and preservation reasons under the applicable regulations.
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within the cooling-off period; goods must be returned in original condition, with shipping handled per regulations and case by case.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If an item arrives with significant defect or shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 3 days), keeping the product and packaging with photos. We will assist with exchange or refund.
